Busted on the 4th

Maybe, “busted” had a gay connotation at the turn of the century. Today, it seems appropriate for the season. In the past, it seems like a lot of people scheduled vacations and travel around this time of year. Over the last couple of weeks, I’ve surveyed many folks in a wide range of age to find out what their plans are for the holiday. The standard response to my query? Staying home. Not leaving the driveway. No plans.
