Try to pick a picture with an uncluttered background.

Make sure the photo is not too busy.

Don't crop too closely, we need room to add your text.

Low quality or special requests for photo editing may incur an extra fee.

Depending on the photo submitted we may have to do a vertical placement rather than the horizontal style shown.

Every time I try to upload a picture to get this urn, I get the following: Upload required!

Hello, For the personalized car photo urn, when ordering, there is a link to upload the photo, but the description says that the photo is replaceable. I would like to know if this is for sure how it works? The personalization is just the engraving? I have a very low quality photo of the photo right now. We will be getting another- better copy, but I don't want to delay the order and risk not having it in time. Please advise! Thank you.

It means that if at a later date, you want to change out the photo, you can easilty put new photo in the frame.

Can I submit an already edited file via jpg that would include 4 cars in a 4 quadrant view ((I can create this in Publisher and then, save it as a .jpg) - my father own four customized vehicles that he built and did most of the work himself.
