When you are in the business of buying and selling cremation urns like we are, there’s one thing we can’t deny; and that is the unpredictable cycle of life. It’s a sad business, one week it seems we deal with clients who have lost a parent and need an urn that honors a mother or father or sometimes they want a vessel that will hold both sets of ashes for the couple.
The next week the situation might be reversed and it’s parents grieving the loss of a child and searching for a small memorial for their baby.
This may be followed by a string of sudden and expected deaths that leaves the families and friends reeling. Suicide, car wreck, heart attack, or drug overdose. Emotions run high in these situations and it might be helpful to have a family friend or advocate to help guide the bereaved through the process and narrow down the choices so that it’s not so overwhelming.
The next cycle of loss may be a session of helping pet parents that have lost a furry member of the family. They are shopping for an urn that suits the personality of their cat or dog.
You just never know what curve ball life is going to throw and difficult decisions have to be made. If you are undecided or have questions about the urn or jewelry you’ve selected, we can help.
Urn Garden provides informative help guides in our Learning Center that can simplify the process of determining what size urn to buy and other considerations you may have when shopping for an urn online.
