Our Sand Blast Golf urn is sculpted by an award winning American designer. The golf urn statue has been sculpted using the ancient lost wax method and then recreated in great detail using cold cast resin with bronze filler for the look and feel of solid bronze. The Golf sculpture is mounted on a solid maple wood urn and is also available in a dark walnut finish.

Friendship and Truth Stone Urn
The Truth and Friendship marble urn is the first memorial urn featured in our Shades of Blue Cremation Urn Collection. The Urn Garden artists have crafted this cremation urn from the ancient stone Lapis Lazuli , the stone of friendship and truth. The blue stone is said to encourage harmony in relationships and help its wearer to be authentic and give his or her opinion openly.
Lapis features deep shades of blue dusted with golden flecks of pyrite and intermittent gray or white calcite deposits and takes an excellent polish that shimmers like a star. This ancient stone was a favorite with the Egyptians who crafted it for jewelery, and used the crushed minerals for eyeshadow.
Keep it Simple With a Pine Box Urn
Simple and economical, the pine box urn may be the choice for families that may want a wood urn for traveling with ashes, or who plan to scatter at a later date.
For families that prefer a little more stylized urn, we have a hand-painted pine with striking gold accents against a dark stain with a vintage look finish.
Burl Wood Funeral Urns & Boxes for Ashes
Burl is Hard to Handle, Easy on the Eyes
For families that prefer a funeral urn that is made from natural wood, there are many species to choose from. Most of these wood urns are box shaped and some styles can double as a memorial chest.
Several of the boxes are sized to fit the temporary container that you receive from the funeral home and you can gently place the box inside the urn without disturbing the ashes. Some of the chest style urns have locking lids for extra security.
Personalization is an option on many styles but may add a couple of days processing time on the order. So be mindful if you have a tight turnaround.
Burl wood is highly prized by artists because of its unique shapes and ring patterns. Burl wood is a type of fast growing, abnormal growth found on some trees that form due to environmental stress or damage, often caused by either a fungal or insect attack.
This type of wood is hard to work with and will challenge the most seasoned woodworkers skills, due to the twisted nature of the species, but the end result is unusual grain patterns and a high gloss finish; a work of art that’s preferred by clients who value the beauty of hand-crafted wood.
Many of the qualities of burl wood that we’ve described here could possibly be translated to a loved one’s personality, challenging yet a treasure.

Mahogany is the national tree of the Dominican Republic and Belize and appears on the national flag of Belize.
The name mahogany is used when referring to numerous varieties of darker hardwood. Mahogany generally has a straight grain with a reddish-brown color that darkens over time. When polished, the grain glows with a reddish sheen.
Natural beauty and warmth radiates from our carved Mahogany memorial urns. Antique brass finial and feet add a touch of elegance to these handsome urns.
