Shipping Information
- We ship UPS, Fed Ex, and US Postal Service to the USA and Canada on Monday-Friday. We do not offer guaranteed weekend delivery.
- Regular ground shipping (2-5 business days for in stock items) is included in the price for delivery to the U.S.A. lower 48 states only on orders over $100.00. Free shipping does not apply to AK, HI, or Canada orders.
- Next day and 2nd Day Air is available for US orders: The easiest way to see actual shipping costs is by adding an item to your shopping cart and enter your shipping zip code. Please note that overnight delivery is the only service that is guaranteed, unless it's a weather-related event that causes delay.
- You may also contact us for a shipping quote on expedited orders. Most shipments originate from our warehouse in Springfield, MO, however, we do ship from other suppliers on occasion.
- Oversized or crated items may have additional handling fees, we will attempt to contact you if this applies on your order, your card will be charged the difference.
- We always try to process orders within 24 hours of receiving, and most orders received M-F by noon CST will ship same day. Orders received after that time, will ship on the next business day whenever possible. However, occasionally orders will require extra processing and take longer to leave our warehouse or our suppliers' location. If you need a specific delivery date, please note the date needed in the comment fields at the end of the checkout process. Or you can call our customer service to ensure that the item is available to guarantee the arrival date.
- Please make sure the delivery address you choose is a secure location. Signature is not required on most of our packages, the exception being bronze orders and some jewelry items, everything else will be left without a signature. Tracking will be emailed so that you can follow and plan for delivery.
Once packages are scanned and marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, however, our team will investigate how to handle on a case-by-case basis. If tracking shows that your order was delivered, but you did not receive, do the following first:
- Confirm that the shipping address you provided is correct.
- Check with neighbors to make sure package wasn't dropped off by mistake.
- Check with your local carrier ASAP with your tracking information.
- Wait a couple days to see if it turns up, sometimes USPS marks packages delivered ahead of time.

DAMAGE CLAIMS
WE MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY FOR A DAMAGED ITEM.
Please save original packaging. You may be asked to provide a photo of damages to aid in processing of claims.

In order to ensure the best possible return service, please notify us by sending an e-mail to info@urngarden.com or calling 417-862-8345 prior to any returns to obtain return instructions, this will prevent unnecessary delays and/or additional shipping charges. Items that have been refused for delivery will be considered a return.
