Engraved Oval Pendant

For the oval urn necklace it states that line 1 & 2 are up to 26 characters and line 3 is up to 15 characters. Since it is an oval I would think that line 1 would be the same as line 3. So I just wanted to make sure that it’s actually 26, 26 & 15. Please advise. Thanks.

The description of the pendant says "2 lines of engraving 26 characters max each line"; however, the picture and the number of engraving lines availble to fill in are three. Can you clarify if it is 2 lines or 3 engraving lines per the picture of the pendant?

Hi.. Just received my forever azure blue cremation urn (Order #9877) & already on display next to hubby's (so beautiful together). Now I need a way to add my name, dates of birth/death & looking at your gold oval pendant. My question: Don't know the length of the ribbon. Is it adjustable? Will it be able to be displayed above the special engraved message you added, or will it have to go on another area of the urn so it doesn't cover up any portion of the sentiment? Would want pendant immediately above engraving. Any sense in having you engrave my name now when a local firm will be adding the birth/death dates when I die? I would think the fonts could be different if you do half now and someone does the other half at time of death. Thank you, Diane Spellman
