Hello, I had a couple of questions on this Tree Dedication Memorial Stone. Mainly I am concerned with wear. This would be for a tree planted in memory of a grandfather, so hopefully it would hold up not only for years but for generations. Is this item something that will hold up and the engraving would show over time? Also, are there any maintenance requirements for keeping this item up? Thanks! -Sam
( Sam Shearer, 01/05/2015 )Hi Sam. this stone is dolomite which is a durable mineral and is used for outdoor ornamental work, concrete, and speedway track use. This marker will last for years and can take the weather and if needed, the print on the stone can be touched up with masonary stain.
