Very nice urn. We had it personalized and with standard shipping, it arrived in less than a week.

Ordering process was easy. Communication from the company was great. Not only did I receive email updates about my order but I also received a phone call about my ship date since I needed it by a certain date and paid extra for faster shipping. Customer was great. She explained the process for engraving and expected timeline b/c of the engraving. All went well and I received the urn in plenty of time. I ordered late on a Thursday night and paid for 2 night shipping. I received by the following Thursday. You do need to allow for a few extra business days for engraving. Urn itself was beautiful and the engraving was perfect. Would recommend this company and would use again.

The urn is beautiful, the engraving is classy, it arrived in a timely fashion and when I called to ensure that my order had been received, I spoke with an actual person and she was lovely!

I thought the urn was real green marble, but for it not being real it looked pretty good and the engraving was beautiful.

It is beautiful. I wasn't sure about buying something online, especially with engraving. My family and I are very happy with the product.
