Blown Glass Starfish with Cremated Ashes

How the process works:

• After we receive your order, we will mail you a kit that includes a collection container for the ashes, an authorization form, and a pre-paid addressed envelope for return.
• It only takes a very small amount of cremated ashes to create these beautiful memorials. Usually, 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of cremated remains is all that is needed.
• Once the ashes are received, production will begin to create your personalized memorial.
• Allow 4-6 weeks for this process. Any cremains left from the production process will be scattered in the waters of the Atlantic Ocean using the utmost care and compassion.
• This item is gift boxed and comes with certificate of authenticity.
• Each starfish is unique. Handcrafted items will have variations in color mix, swirls, and patterns.
• No returns are accepted on these fine art pieces.
